Link axis to frame, and adjust insets on resize


CALL:

    lm_linkaxis2frame(h_axes, h_frame, varargin)
 

INPUT:

   h_axes:   
     handle of axis to link
   h_frame:  
     handle of frame to which the axis has to be linked
   varargin: 
     unused input, kept for backwards compability
 

OUTPUT:

   No direct output, insets of linked axes automatically resize
