Position of frame content dependent on a
vertical slider

CALL:

     lm_linkslider2frame(hslid, targetframe)
  

INPUT:

     hslid:
          handle of uicontrol of style "slider"
     targetframe: 
          handle of target frame. The contents of this frame can be 
          moved by using the slider
  

OUTPUT:

     no direct output. The slider handle is stored in the target frame in
     the  property "slider"
